A 5-year-old boy was killed and two others were seriously injured when an SUV struck their scooter on Grand Road in Puri. The vehicle reportedly hit the scooter from behind, dragging it for some distance. The injured are receiving treatment at a local hospital. Police have sent the deceased for post-mortem and are continuing their investigation into the incident.
