Case Filed Against Ashram School Founder for Alleged Harassment of Anganwadi Worker

A case has been registered against Baburao Kisan Jadhav, founder-president of Vasantrao Naik Ashram School in Latur, Maharashtra, following allegations by a 30-year-old Anganwadi worker. She accused Jadhav of repeatedly contacting her despite her refusals, including invitations for meals, offers of money, and requests to meet privately or at a lodge. The police detained Jadhav on February 23 and later released him on notice, with investigations ongoing.
