Delhi Student Arrested for Carrying Pistol to School Amid Personal Dispute

An 18-year-old Class 12 student was arrested at a private school in Rohini, Delhi, after being found with a country-made pistol and 10 live cartridges. The school's estate officer noticed the student trying to conceal the weapon in a second-floor toilet. The student told police he brought the firearm due to a personal dispute and bullying by other students. No injuries occurred. Police registered a case under the Arms Act and obtained two days' custody for further investigation, including tracing the weapon's source.
