A 23-year-old golgappa vendor, Mukesh Baghel, was fatally stabbed in Jujhar Nagar near Kharar on Thursday following a dispute. The incident reportedly began with an argument on New Year's Eve involving neighbors and the victim's cousin's brother-in-law, escalating when neighbors allegedly insulted the victim's father. The following day, a confrontation occurred when the victim approached neighbors, leading to an attack by a group of youths armed with weapons. Police have registered a murder case against unknown assailants.
