Stray Dog Attack Kills Young Girl in Rural Lucknow, Authorities Investigate

Anshika Vishwakarma, a seven- to eight-year-old girl from Tarona village near Lucknow, was fatally attacked by a pack of stray dogs after stepping out alone in the evening. Her body, found with multiple bite marks, was discovered several hundred meters from her home. Police and local authorities have launched an investigation and initiated a joint survey to address concerns over stray dog management in the area, amid residents' calls for sterilisation and relocation efforts.
