A 24-year-old Nepali national, Yagya Awasthi, has been identified as a key accused in the alleged racial attack and killing of Angel Chakma in Uttarakhand. Chakma died from his injuries two days prior. Police have arrested five individuals in connection with the case, including three adults sent to judicial custody and two juveniles placed in a correctional home.
