Kaithal Police Send Nine Anti-Drug Team Members to Police Lines Over NDPS Act Violations

Kaithal Superintendent of Police Upasana has sent all nine members of the Nasha Mukti Jagrukta anti-drug team to police lines for alleged indiscipline and violations of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act during a recent raid. An inquiry led by DSP Gurvinder Singh is ongoing regarding the seizure of a large quantity of narcotics and procedural non-compliance. The SP clarified this action is unrelated to a separate dispute involving a head constable accusing a DSP of threats.
