Kanpur Court Orders Release of Lamborghini in Crash Case on Rs 8.30 Crore Bond

A Lamborghini involved in a February 8 crash on Kanpur's VIP Road, which injured six people, has been released by the Chief Judicial Magistrate court after a bail bond of Rs 8.30 crore was furnished. The vehicle, driven by Shivam Mishra, son of tobacco businessman KK Mishra, was seized following the accident. Shivam Mishra was arrested and later granted bail. The court ordered the release after reviewing mechanical and expert reports, with conditions including an undertaking from the owner.
