A woman from West Bengal's North 24 Parganas district was injured after being stabbed by her lover from Tamil Nadu in a Kolkata guest house. The 38-year-old victim filed a complaint against the 40-year-old accused, identified as Pradeep Kumar Selvaraj from Chennai, who was subsequently arrested. Police are investigating the incident as an attempted murder.
