Motorcyclist Dies After Falling Into NH-66 Construction Pit in Kerala

A motorcyclist named Aji Kumar, 50, died after falling into a water-filled pit dug for drainage construction as part of the National Highway-66 project at Skylab Junction in Ochira, Kerala. Police suspect he lost control of his vehicle before the fatal accident. Residents criticized the construction for lacking proper safety barricades. The Ochira police have registered an unnatural death case and are investigating. The body will be released after postmortem procedures.
