Goa court has sent Saurabh and Gaurav Luthra, co-owners of the Birch by Romeo Lane nightclub, to judicial custody until January 9, 2026, following a fire that killed 25 people on December 6. The brothers, arrested on December 16 after returning from Thailand, have been cooperating with the investigation, according to their lawyer. The court also directed that they receive their prescribed medicines. Meanwhile, police are seeking to declare the property owner, Surinder Kumar Khosla, a proclaimed offender.
