The Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) arrested 21-year-old engineering student Ayan Sheikh in Mumbai for allegedly sharing online propaganda linked to banned terrorist groups Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) and Islamic State (ISIS). Following coordinated raids at multiple locations, electronic devices were seized for forensic analysis. Investigators found audio and video clips related to JeM chief Masood Azhar and chats suggesting attempts to recruit and radicalize others, including two close friends.
