Second Accused Arrested in IIT Bombay Live Cartridges Case

Powai police arrested Prashantraj Yadav from Madhya Pradesh as the second accused in the IIT Bombay case involving five live cartridges. Yadav allegedly supplied 7.65 mm cartridges to Anand Chaudhary from Bihar, who was earlier arrested for bringing the cartridges onto campus using a fake ID. Chaudhary had arrived in Mumbai on February 12 and stayed in a hostel room with a friend. The cartridges were found during a search following a dispute and alcohol violation in the hostel. Investigations continue.
