In Mahoba, Uttar Pradesh, a retired railway employee, Om Prakash Singh Rathore, has died after allegedly being held captive and starved for years by his caretaker couple. His mentally challenged daughter, Rashmi, was found severely malnourished and skeletal, having been confined with her father for approximately five years. Relatives reported that the caretakers allegedly controlled the house, denied basic necessities, and prevented visitors. Police are investigating the incident, and the family is seeking justice for the victims.
