Delhi Police Arrest Two Women for Fake ED Raid and Theft at Elderly Couple's Home

In New Friends Colony, Delhi, a housemaid and her sister-in-law were arrested for orchestrating a fake Enforcement Directorate raid at an elderly couple's home on February 11. Three men, including an ITBP constable and a former army personnel, impersonated officials to steal Rs 3-4 lakh in cash, seven luxury watches, and jewellery. The victims alerted their grandson, a lawyer, prompting the suspects to flee. Police recovered fake IDs, uniforms, a pistol, and valuables, and investigations continue to apprehend the remaining accused.
