Delhi Police Special Cell is investigating a Rs 13,000-crore drug trafficking case involving cocaine and Thai marijuana smuggled by a Dubai-based cartel. A new person of interest, identified as Rana Tarandeep, has emerged, allegedly working with cartel leader Virender Basoiya. The probe follows seizures of significant cocaine quantities in Delhi and Gujarat last October. An accused supplier, Ritik Bajaj, recently arrested from the UAE, was reportedly active in Delhi and Goa's party scenes.
