Delhi Teen Arrested for Stabbing Neighbour's Brother After Harassment Complaint

Delhi Police arrested a 19-year-old man, Shyam Sunder, for stabbing a neighbour's brother in Model Town after being confronted over harassing the victim's sister. The woman had reported repeated harassment and threats from the accused, who allegedly stabbed her brother three to four times on March 12. Following investigations including CCTV analysis and raids, the accused was apprehended and confessed to the attack. The case is being investigated under relevant sections of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.
