Mohali police have arrested four individuals from Uttar Pradesh in connection with the fatal stabbing of a 23-year-old golgappa vendor, Mukesh Baghel, in Jujhar Nagar village. The incident reportedly stemmed from a dispute on December 31. Baghel, who sold pani puri, died at the scene after being attacked with knives. The accused, identified as Chaturbhuj, Shiv Kumar, Arjun Mishra, and Manish Kumar, are set to appear in court. Baghel is survived by his wife and young daughter.
