
A police officer in Nagda, Ujjain district, has been commended for his swift action in saving a 20-year-old man's life. The officer, Amritlal Gawli, responded immediately to a distressed father's plea, breaking into a home where the son was found hanging. Gawli administered CPR, successfully reviving the youth before he was taken to a hospital in Ratlam, where his condition is improving. The Director General of Police announced a ₹10,000 award for the officer's commendable work.
