
Twenty-six labourers, including nine women, were injured when a speeding pick-up jeep overturned near the Wardha River at Mowad in Nagpur district, Maharashtra. The driver reportedly lost control of the vehicle while it was en route to Belona village. Local residents assisted the injured, who were initially treated at a nearby hospital before being referred to GMC Hospital in Nagpur. Police have registered a case and are investigating the incident.
