The University of Aberdeen, established in 1495, has opened admissions for its first Mumbai campus, set to begin in September 2026. The campus will offer UK-accredited undergraduate degrees in Business Management, Economics, Data Science, and Computing Science, following a four-year Scottish model, along with one-year MSc and MBA programs. The university introduced the Aberdeen Pioneer Scholarship, providing a Rs 2 lakh tuition waiver for eligible applicants applying by January 31. The campus aims to offer international-quality education locally without requiring JEE or CUET scores.
