
Punjab's government will introduce 'Khed Pitara', a play-based learning kit for approximately 7.5 lakh children aged 3 to 8 in 12,856 government primary schools by April 1. With an investment of Rs 9.3 crore, the initiative aims to promote joyful, activity-based learning through materials like toys, puzzles, story cards, and teacher resources, focusing on foundational skills, creativity, and reducing early schooling stress, as stated by Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains.
