He emphasized industry-led curriculum committees, industry-centric and product-based PhD reforms, flexible learning pathways, and accreditation under the national framework. These reforms aim to enhance innovation, entrepreneurship, and workforce readiness to support India's transition to a knowledge-based economy by 2047.
