IIM Nagpur Students Boycott Mid-Term Exams Over Debarment of Peers for Rule Violation

At IIM Nagpur, around 40 first-year MBA students were barred from mid-term exams for attending a farewell party off-campus without prior permission and returning late, violating institute rules. In response, nearly 300 first-year students, including some second-years, boycotted the exams in protest. The administration contacted parents of female students and clarified that only first-year students without permission faced disciplinary action. The issue has been resolved, with second-year exams proceeding and rescheduling planned for affected first-year students.
