Delhi Government Opens Admissions for 12 Special Schools from March 9

The Delhi government has commenced the admission process for 12 government and government-aided special schools for the 2026 academic session, covering classes from Nursery to Class 10 and Class 12. Online registration opens March 9 and closes March 17, with document verification from March 18 to 23. School allotments will be made on April 1 based on seat availability, completing by April 2. If applications exceed seats, a draw of lots will occur on March 24. Waiting list admissions will take place from April 3 to 5. These schools cater to children with disabilities, following specific eligibility criteria set by the Directorate of Education.
