The 1975 alumni batch of IIT Roorkee celebrated their Golden Jubilee reunion, marking 50 years since graduation. Over 250 alumni and their families attended the event on campus. During the reunion, the batch announced a collective contribution of approximately Rs 45 lakh towards campus development. This includes funding for two electric carts for internal mobility and a proposal for a high-end ultrasound machine for the campus hospital, which is under consideration.
