The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has cancelled the 2026 ICSE (Class 10) and ISC (Class 12) board exams at all centres in the United Arab Emirates due to escalating security concerns amid Middle East tensions. The decision follows consultations with Dubai's education regulator, KHDA, and the Indian Consulate. Previously postponed exams will not be conducted, and results will be based on an alternative assessment method. Students may opt for improvement exams later if dissatisfied with awarded marks.
