Jammu and Kashmir Government Announces Reopening of Schools in Eight Kashmir Districts

The Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered the reopening of schools and colleges in eight of the ten Kashmir districts starting tomorrow. The decision for Srinagar and Budgam districts will be finalized later in the evening based on the prevailing situation. Education Minister Sakina Itoo stated that if authorities impose restrictions, institutions in these two districts will remain closed; otherwise, they will reopen along with the others.
