IIT Kharagpur Records 1,501 Job Offers in Phase I Placements with Highest CTC of Rs 2.44 Crore

IIT Kharagpur concluded its Phase I placement session for 2025-26 with 1,501 job offers, including 457 pre-placement offers and 15 international offers. The highest package reached Rs 2.44 crore. The placement phase, held from December 1, 2025, to January 3, 2026, saw a historic milestone when over 1,000 offers were made in a single day. Recruiters from diverse sectors such as technology, engineering, finance, and consulting participated, reflecting sustained global confidence in the institute's talent. Phase II began on January 16.
