
Assam has launched a Japanese Language Training Centre in Dibrugarh as part of the Chief Minister's Foreign Languages Initiative for Global Human Talent (CM-FLIGHT). The program aims to equip Assamese youth with Japanese language skills and workplace readiness for overseas employment, particularly in Japan's Specified Skilled Worker program. The center, operated by MIRAL Japanese Learning Centre, will train 180 candidates in sectors like construction and nursing, offering financial assistance up to Rs 1.5 lakh per trainee.
