JKBOSE Revises Syllabus for Select Class 11 and 12 Subjects; Classes 9 and 10 Unchanged

The Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JKBOSE) has revised the syllabus for select Class 11 and 12 subjects—Punjabi and Physical Education for Class 11, and Education and Environmental Science for Class 12—for the 2025-26 academic session. The syllabus for Classes 9 and 10 remains unchanged across regions for the current and next academic sessions. JKBOSE has also instructed affiliated private schools to adhere strictly to the prescribed curriculum and textbooks. Examination schedules vary by region, with exams planned for late 2026 and early 2027.
