Andhra Pradesh Launches Sri City International University with Industry-Integrated Curriculum
Andhra Pradesh Education Minister Nara Lokesh launched Sri City International University (SIU) in Tirupati district, introducing a new higher education model integrating industry partners in curriculum design. SIU aims to bridge the gap between academic learning and job readiness by co-developing courses with industries, especially in AI and digital technologies. The university will follow a Work-Study model, combining classroom instruction with paid internships, ensuring students gain practical experience and skills aligned with evolving industry demands.
