Kerala and Orissa High Courts Address CBSE Exam Errors and Result Cancellations

The Kerala High Court directed CBSE to correct a clerical error affecting 38 Class 10 students, allowing them to take the 'Communicative Sanskrit' exam they prepared for instead of a different Sanskrit paper. Separately, the Orissa High Court ordered CBSE to publish a Class 12 student's results after canceling them over alleged similar answers without evidence, criticizing CBSE's selective approach as discriminatory and violating the student's right to equality.
