Koushal, a Class X student from Chandigarh, has advanced to the final round of the Viksit Bharat Young Leaders Dialogue-2026. Organized by the Union Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, the event will take place in Delhi in January 2026. Koushal, the youngest member of the Chandigarh contingent, will present her ideas for Viksit Bharat to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, ministers, and policymakers.
