NEET-UG 2026 Requirement Deferred for Physiotherapy, Haryana Considers NEET-Based Admissions

The National Commission for Allied and Healthcare Professions (NCAHP) has postponed the NEET-UG 2026 requirement for Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) and Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (BOT) admissions to the 2027-28 academic year due to logistical concerns. Meanwhile, the Haryana government is considering using NEET-UG 2026 merit for admissions to nursing, physiotherapy, and paramedical courses for 2026-27, advising candidates to apply by March 8, 2026, to keep options open pending final decisions.
