Vice-President Highlights Academic Collaboration and Indigenous Knowledge at CUHP Convocation

Vice-President CP Radhakrishnan, addressing the ninth convocation of the Central University of Himachal Pradesh, emphasized stronger collaboration between central and state higher education institutions to build a globally competitive academic ecosystem. He highlighted the importance of faculty development, interdisciplinary research, and indigenous knowledge under the National Education Policy 2020. Noting the empowerment of women with 23 of 32 gold medals awarded, he linked these efforts to the vision of a developed India by 2047, stressing inclusive growth and ethical leadership.
