IIT Hyderabad and IIT Roorkee Open Applications for Summer Research Internships 2026

IIT Hyderabad has opened applications for its Summer Undergraduate Research Exposure (SURE) Internship 2026, offering 250 paid research positions exclusively to students from other institutions, with 100 seats reserved for women. The internship runs from May to July 2026, with durations from one to two months and fellowships up to Rs 15,000. Separately, IIT Roorkee invites undergraduates to apply for its SPARK Summer Internship 2026, providing research exposure and a Rs 3,000 stipend, with applications closing March 8. Both programmes include hostel accommodation and aim to enhance research skills.
