Vice President Addresses Delhi University Graduates at 102nd Convocation

At Delhi University's 102nd convocation, Vice President C.P. Radhakrishnan addressed over 1.2 lakh graduates, highlighting their role as architects of a 'Viksit Bharat' by 2047.
