The Maharashtra State Examination Council declared the interim results of the 2025 Teachers Eligibility Test (TET) held on November 23. Over 2 lakh candidates appeared for Paper 1 and nearly 1.8 lakh for Paper 2. Candidates can raise objections on the results until January 21. This was the first TET after the Supreme Court mandated all teachers clear it, leading to high participation and several in-service teachers passing. The exam featured 150 questions without negative marking, conducted in multiple languages.
