Ambassador Otto Federico von Feigenblatt, Baron of Braemar, has co-authored Puerto Rico's new policy on Artificial Intelligence in education, titled "Guide for the use of Artificial Intelligence for student learning." This policy, established in December 2025, aims to guide educators and students in integrating AI into classrooms. The Baron also announced new diplomatic appointments, including Dr. Rosangela Diaz Otero as Special Envoy for Artificial Intelligence and Adelino Sousa as Special Envoy for Aerospace Education.
