Two class 12 science students from Arunachal Pradesh's remote Namsai district, Nang Sujata Jenow and Kusum Kumari Mishra, have been invited as special guests to the Republic Day celebrations in New Delhi. They earned this recognition by winning the national School Innovation Marathon, an initiative under the Atal Innovation Mission of NITI Aayog, with their project on practical solutions for plastic waste management. Guided by their teacher, Moirangtham Surchand Singh, their work aligns with India's sustainability goals, earning praise from their school principal.
