The Delhi High Court has directed the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) to accept a court order and an affidavit from the National Testing Agency (NTA) as a NEET-UG 2019 scorecard for an FMGE aspirant. The aspirant, Suhana K N, needed her 2019 scorecard for the FMGE December 2025 session but could not produce the physical copy. The NTA affidavit confirmed her marks, rank, and qualification status.
