Pawan Kalyan Comments on Jana Nayagan Censorship Delay and CBFC Process

Actor and Andhra Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan addressed the controversy over the delayed certification of Thalapathy Vijay's film Jana Nayagan by the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC). He stated it is unfair to blame the ruling NDA government, emphasizing that film censorship operates independently of politics. Citing his own film OG, which received an 'A' certificate despite his political ties, Kalyan suggested the Jana Nayagan makers should not have approached the courts. Meanwhile, the CBFC's revising committee is scheduled to review Jana Nayagan, with the release date still uncertain amid political and certification challenges.
