The Nature Morte gallery in Mumbai is hosting "Fragment and Division," an exhibition by Brooklyn-based artist Kamrooz Aram. The exhibition, running from January 8 to February 21, features Aram's work which explores the intersection of past and present, repetition and spontaneity. Aram uses fragmentation as a visual and conceptual strategy, with compositions showing visible traces of revision, indexing time, labor, and visual memory.
