Bollywood actor Shahid Kapoor has begun shooting for the sequel to the 2023 crime thriller series Farzi, titled Farzi 2, directed by Raj and DK. Recently, he shared behind-the-scenes photos on Instagram, including a selfie with co-star Vijay Sethupathi, who reprises his role as a Special Task Force officer. The original series, praised for its storyline and performances, follows Sunny, a con man involved in counterfeit money. Farzi 2 is expected to stream on Amazon Prime Video in early 2027.
