
Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani's Excel Entertainment has reportedly sold a minority stake to Universal Music Group, a deal described as significant for an Indian production house. The partnership aims to strengthen Universal's presence in the Indian film market and allow Excel to expand its production scale.
