Bollywood actress Shraddha Kapoor has renewed the lease for her premium Mumbai apartment in Juhu's Prime Beach area at a monthly rent of Rs 6 lakh, with the 12-month agreement registered in February 2026. The 3,929 sq. ft. unit includes four car parking spaces, and the total rental value for the year is Rs 72 lakh. Juhu is known for its luxury residences and celebrity residents, with strong connectivity to key city locations and the airport. The apartment was previously leased by Kapoor under a 2024 agreement.
