Rodriguez claims Perry promised him roles and made advances at his Los Angeles home, with incidents reported between 2016 and 2019. Perry's legal team has dismissed the lawsuit as a "money grab." The suit also names Lionsgate, accusing the studio of awareness of misconduct. This is the second such lawsuit against Perry recently, following similar allegations by actor Derek Dixon.
