Grammy-winning singer Jill Scott is set to release her first studio album in over a decade, titled 'To Whom This May Concern,' on February 13. The 19-track project follows her 2015 album 'Woman' and features collaborations with artists like Ab-Soul, J.I.D, Tierra Whack, and Too $hort. Produced by a team including DJ Premier and Adam Blackstone, the album is described by Scott as inspirational and personal, with the lead single 'Beautiful People' already released. This marks a new chapter for Scott, releasing under The Orchard.
