The upcoming comedy-adventure film Rahu Ketu, starring Pulkit Samrat and Varun Sharma, has received a U A 16 certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) ahead of its January 16 release. The CBFC mandated several changes, including replacing a dialogue, modifying drug-snorting scenes, altering a middle finger gesture to a pinky finger, removing alcohol brand names, and substituting the 'Kantara' film's distinctive 'voom' scream. The film, directed by Vipul Vig and produced by Zee Studios and BLive Productions, blends folklore with humor and reunites the lead actors following their Fukrey collaboration. Pulkit Samrat shared insights on his intense preparation for the role, while industry figures like Amitabh Bachchan and Kriti Sanon have expressed support for the film.
